Ever since I heard about cycle syncing a few years ago, I became obsessed with understanding my cycle and giving it what it needed in all its different phases. I tried the right foods, the herbal teas, the exercise timing. But there was this big, ever-changing emotional landscape I couldn't quite wrap my head around.
Why was I suddenly feeling so stormy in the middle of my cycle? Why was I feeling so insecure as I finished up my menstrual phase? Things just didn't make sense, and I wanted them to. That's why I created Rhythm.
