Rhythm is a cycle tracking and wellness journaling app available on iOS and on the web at getrhythm.love. We provide AI-generated cycle insights, daily journaling, and optional partner sharing features.
You must be 13 or older to use Rhythm. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Rhythm is a wellness and tracking tool, not a medical device or service. The AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and are not medical advice. Do not use Rhythm to make medical decisions. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare provider.
The notes, journal entries, and data you enter into Rhythm belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. By using Rhythm, you grant us the limited right to store and process your content to provide the service.

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the app. Deletion permanently removes your account and all associated data.
We aim to keep Rhythm available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or discontinue features at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rhythm and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of Rhythm after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
